Court of Final Appeal allowed the appeal of former Chief Executive of HKSAR

26 June 2019 – The Court of Final Appeal allowed the appeal against conviction of Donald Tsang, the former Chief Executive of the HKSAR who had been convicted at trial of one count of misconduct in public office.
